Deep breaths: And managing social anxiety. Consider seeing a therapist for counseling. Avoid things requiring fine finger motor skills

Call poison center: Irrespective of why you would take so many benadryls (diphenhydramine) at once, you need to call your local poison control center or go to the ER

Many: The differential diagnosis for tremor is quite large, i.e. there are many possible causes, ranging from too much caffeine, to anxiety, to a host of neurological disorders. See your primary care doctor and if he/she can't figure it out, ask for a referral to a neurologist.

Tremor: Many people have what is called 'essential tremor'. It often runs in families. It causes fine tremor of the hands when using them. There is no tremor when the hands are at rest. It can be bothersome but it's not serious. Medication can help. There are other less common causes of tremor such as hyperactive thyroid. Your doctor can rule these out.

Tremor: These symptoms can sometimes have a hormonal cause e.g. Hyperthroidism or pheochromocytoma.

The most common neurological condition causing these symptoms is benign essential tremor. Essential tremor usually is treated very well with medication such as Inderal (propranolol) or primidone.

Nettles: Histamine release = pain. Wash the skin with soap & water. Make a paste of baking soda and water (sticky consistency) and spread over the affected area. In a pinch you can spit on the affected area because saliva can neutralize the chemical irritants. In the woods – apply mud to the area.  Curly dock can also be rubbed on the area.

Anxiety: performance anxiety or Benign essential may improve with practicing new skills privately to acquire confidence before been observed. Relaxation techniques may help. Some patients may benefit from medications like propanolol

Could be: If your shortness of breath is very mild you can try stopping all caffeine and see if your symptoms resolve.  If the shortness of breath is not mild you should be seen right away to make sure there is nothing more serious causing it.  Nevertheless you should stop caffeine and see if you improve.  If you do, please reduce consumption, or preferably stop drinking these drinks.

after reading about hpv, i have been worried about getting it via holding hands, shaking hands, hugging etc. with friends and all, shall i be worried?

Not so much: HPV is a family of viruses.Those with the most consequence are the strains associated with sexual transmission.Although there is times when these strains will shed &amp; contaminate various surfaces it appears the STI strains pass only with direct skin to skin contact along with a mechanical or abrasive event. These strains are also site specific, tending to live only on specific genital skin.
