No it won't: First, you probably don't have thrush, i.e. infection with yeasts, usually Candida. Coated white tongue is not the same thing. In any case, listerine or hydrogen peroxide won't  help with either yeast infection or coated tongue.

It is first important to make sure that what you have is oral thrush since there are many diseases that might manifest similar. Halitosis: Indefinitely is a long time, and the H2O2 may not be treating the cause. Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. Address all of these possibilities with your dentist and physician, and I'm confident that your problem will at least be minimized, and hopefully eradicated.

Depends on severity: Many people think they have oral thrush because they see white spots in their mouth but they actually do not have a thrush. Oral thrush is uncommon. It is usually caused by inhaled steroids used in asthma or copd, or by a severe immune deficiency such as hiv. It needs to be treated with an oral antifungal.

Maybe: If your urinary tract symptoms are still present, then you need to continue the macrobid. However, macrobid rarely causes thrush. If you truly have thrush, there may be another cause. You should see your PCP or try to move your appointment up or see a different ID doctor.

Oregano oil/tea: This is certainly "safe", even in pregnancy, but it is not a good treatment for oral thrush.  See your family physician for an exam and more efficient treatment for thrush.

: SI joint injection with steroid may increase the risk of oral thrush but you are taking fluconazole so it should cover it. Most cases of oral thrush can be taken care with local medications so I wonder why you need this relatively long course of fluconazole. Are you immunocompromised?

Recurrent BV: Recurrent BV is a common problem, and unfortunately the most effective treatments (usually metronidazole by mouth) can trigger yeast infections. BV isn't usually an STD in the usual sex, except in lesbian partners.
