Use warm compresses: Not sure about the toothpaste, although to be honest i would avoid it to prevent irritant contact dermatitis in that sensitive area. Warm compresses will help express the contents. Avoid  squeezing the area as well and jf you see streaks or surrounding areas of redness you should see a doctor because you might need antibiotics.

i had problem of urine drops then someone told to me that apply gentle pressure behind scrotum and move upwards to penis head like toothpaste... is it considered as jelqing and this damages my penis e.g like venous leak?

: It will not do any damage. However it is unnecessary. Have your penis in a dependent position , do not rush, wait till the last few drops are out. With a little practice you will be fine

Use both: It is extremely important to keep your mouth healthy during cancer treatment.  You should brush 3 times a day floss 2 times a day and ask your dentist for  a flouride gel or mouthwash with flouride in it.  Act rinse or the generic equivalent is in drug stores over the counter.

Heat application increases the circulation to the area and allows the body to better fight off the infection by bringing antibodies and white blood cells to the site of infection. My wife uses toothpaste on pimples which is sometimes helpful. Boils that do not respond need to be drained & antibiotics.

DependsOnYourGoals: One by one with a tweezer. Ha Ha. Just kidding. At 48 years old I assume you want some special technique other than a routine shave with a good triple-headed razor? And you've already tried waxing? And maybe laser removal? And electrolysis? If you have, I hope you still have skin down there!!I've heard electrolysis is the most permanent. Each technique has its own benefits and side effects.

There is no scientifically proven data that shows any toothpaste can disolve o remove tartarbuild up... They need to be scaled ad removed profesionally, followef by  routime home cleaning by u, on daily basis...
