i'm with colostomies, a year ago i'm operating and rectum removed, but now i have a mucus in the stool and i flush out the anus, what can be?

Start simple, but...: Docusate (per PDR) helps moisten &amp; soften hard, dry stools. It is not a true laxative, but facilitates natural defecation, usually within 12 to 72 hours. This is safe &amp;available for anyone over 2, &amp;a assumes normal GI anatomy without inflammation, stenosis, extrinsic or instrinsic obstruction. Change in bowels is a "red flag", like weight loss or blood in stool, that needs evaluation if persistent

Can't tell online: Sounds like er doctor did good physical examination if they saw fissure.  Avoid constipation, (metamucil daily), keep your appointment we'd and see what advice surgeon has for you!

Anal sex: god hygience would dictate cleaning out your rectum/colon before engaging in anal sex. Condoms will prevent infection. Certainly any retain fecal matter can be push up higher with virgorous anal penetration.

is type 2 poop consider fecal impact? cause i was straining. do i still have more poop in the rectum after a bm? type 2 poop. it was a small size log?

: Firm or hard poop which causes straining is considered constipation. Fecal Impaction occurs when constipation is taken to an extreme and hard poop fills the lower intestinal tract, colon and rectum with no movement. There is always poop traveling through normally active intestines. When it gets to the rectum, at a certain mass, wall motility typically causes it to be pushed out.

what can i do when i pass a stool but there is soft smoother stool inside my rectum?

Increase fiber: It sounds like the stool is very soft.  You can take fiber in the form of citracel of mitamucil.  This will bulk up your stool and give you a more formed still and prevent constipation or diarrhea.
