: If still on steroids discus with Dr. If not discuss with a Dr who can examinee you before spending you money. They will know least expensive test to rule out Cushing's disease(s).  Saliva is used here.

Gum chewing: Gum chewing will have little effct on reduction of a double chin or facial toning. Infact by gnashing the teeth together , there is usually more vertical tooth wear which reduces the lower face height and causes more chin area sagging. Limit the amount of contact that the teeth have when not chewing food during the day with tongue posturing and at night with a hard acrylic guard from your dentist.
