That being said, I am assuming you mean your own or your child's. A child's tooth is designed by nature to come out on it's own. Give it time. If it's your tooth there is no easy, do it yourself way without seeing a dentist. Sorry.

The effort and expense is not worth it. They won't last but a year, and that is not what you want. Today, implants are a viable alternative.
