It depend: In general, the severity of the scoliosis depends on the degree of the curvature and whether it threatens vital organs, specifically the lungs and heart.
1-less than 20 degrees  require obsevation.
2-moderate  (between 25 and 70 degrees). It is still not clear whether untreated moderate scoliosis causes significant health problems later on.
3-70 degree reuired special surgical attention.

Good question: Over hundreds of years, the medical field has tried hundreds of things to cure scoliosis.  This has included strengthening exercises, physical therapy, chiropractic care, estim, traction, and many, many other things.  Nothing has ever been shown to help.  Mild cases don't usually need treatment.  Severe cases need surgery.  Thank you for your question.

Scoli correction: If you achieved a stable fusion, just keep your weight down, do not smoke and live a healthy, active lifestyle. Reduce sitting time behind a desk for long periods of time, and walk. Thats typically best to keep you active and your bones strong. Good luck!

is there anything to fix scoliosis like stretching. my daughter 15, she is wearing the vest at night but just to prevent from increasing, degree is 25?

No: But stretching and yoga may help improve conditioning. Wearing the brace 24 hours a day will help prevent further curvature. If the curvature is less than 25% it is unlikely surgery will be indicated. All the best.

Varies: In general, it is good to maintain ideal body weight, keep core strong, avoid smoking, and avoid activities that aggravate your back.  Followup with a specialist to ensure no further treatment indicated for your scoliosis.

Odd statement: It is not clear if you are asking about yourself or someone else.The changes in scoliosis is influenced by age, which you don't  give.Change is monitored by exam and x-rays if needed.There is no self directed method to replace these reproducible methods.Significant changes can go unnoticed by most untrained and some trained personnel.

OTC: antacids are generally safe in pregnancy HOWEVER the "tight chest" has to have a DIAGNOSIS before treatment is suggested. Reflux (acid from the stomach burning the esophagus) is common in pregnancy but your OB-GYN should be consulted ..as well as your Primary Care Physician for proper diagnosis and treatment!!

Stop overusing: Carpal tunnel syndrome is partly an overuse syndrome. The tendons and muscles need to rest to reduce the swelling that leads to the entrapment of the nerve in the carpal tunnel.
