i have lipomas, how can i prevent more from returning or get rid of them with alternative medicine?

Not much helps: Lipomas are benign fatty "tumors" which are harmless and quite common.  Genes determine who is likely to get a lot of them.  There is no current preventative medication or treatment allopathic or alternative that i know of, but the treatment is pretty simple.  They are often easily removed in an outpatient surgical procedure with local anesthesia when needed.  If they don't hurt, leave them alone.

is there any possible ways to prevent return of my hyperventilation symptoms after taking escitalopram 10mg for 6months?after reducing my dose to 5mg symptoms are back..i don't want to be on medication forever?

: Is the hyperventilation symptoms the result of anxiety? If so, perhaps seek counseling for the anxiety from a psychologist. You can take the medicine at the higher dose to get the symptoms under control while you are being counseled. Once you are taught alternate ways of dealing with the anxiety, then lower the med dosage with the intent of stopping it if the symptoms remain resolved. Good luck!

Consult GYN: At 6 months he/she may suggest oral mediciation or stronger vaginal medication.

my sight went from 20/20 to much worse after  up eyelid surgery, and lids are lumpy. will good sight return? are cataracts inevitable/ how to prevent?

Sight not changed: Having eyelid surgery should not alter your visual capabilties at all, as the procedure is a soft tissue surgery, no a globe or intraorbital surgery.  Lumpiness will gradually resolve, takes time.  Cataracts are dependent on your heredity and exposure to sun radiation over time.  Protect with polarized sun lenses when outside.  Have annual eye exams to evaluate.

my heart raced from 75 to 150 bpm within 15 min resting after 1st dose of pfizer covid vaccine. it returned to normal after 1-2 hours. after that only had a sore arm, no other side effects. heart problem or just stress? how to prevent it on 2nd dose?

: From ehat you describe it seems like rapid heart beat due to Anxiety or stress as you mentioned.Heart rate returned to notmal as you were relaxed later.It does not seem to be serious side efrect on the heart.It is hard to say if it wilk happen again with second dose.Try to relax and even if it happens it is not a serious reaction to vaccine.Good Luck

Uti's: Recurrent uti can occur after vaginal intercourse,taking baths instead of showers,wearing very tight jeans,or from structural anatomic abnormalities of the urinary tract. A Urologist is best qualified to evaluate and treat you. If bronchitis is not improving a course of appropriate antibiotics should help.

SIBO: Make sure you stomach acid is sufficient to kill bacteria and yeast.  Use a multi-strain probiotic, and low carb diet.

Winter dry skin: If your doc says ok and you are not on a blood thinner you can add more oil to your diet, i.e., olive oil, fish oil, avacado, etc.  Topically you can use shea butter.  Peace and good health.

Gout: Gout is an inherited disease. You either have it or you don't. Preventing the symptoms of gout can be done with dietary restrictions and the use of drugs.
