Don't use it: No more disrespect is intended than the question itself contains. "shabu" is, i understand, a term for methamphetamine used in japan, hong kong, malaysia and indonesia. If you are smart enough to be using healthtap, you are smart enough not to be messing around with this godawful drug of abuse. You won't realize the danger until it's too late. Stop, and get help if you need to.

Worried about you: Don't smoke weed for one yr, perhaps two...Then pass test you will.  Might even find that life is rosier, smells are better, and thinking/outlook/mood are clearer.  Worried that someone, who knows that a drug test is in the horizon, cannot abstain from using a substance which new research shows can increase risk for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.  Please see doc.  You deserve better.

Stop using meth: Nothing will work; online stuff's for suckers. The best thing that can happen to you is to acknowledge your meth use and get help. This stuff is treacherous and if you continue to treat this business lightly, you are likely to lose self-control and enter the downward spiral to death. I've autopsied folks like this and yes, they DO claw the flesh off their bodies as they are dying. Save your life.

I : I would suggest you use this information as data only, and not get too concerned.  Your stated vitals suggest you are a very low-risk candidate for cardiovascular disease, meaning that your goal BP should be 135/85 or less at *rest* -- as in, not when you're at a new doctor's office, getting a drug test and physical for a new job.

If your pressure didn't go up when you stand up or are active, your brain and muscles wouldn't get the oxygen they need and you'd get dizzy, maybe even pass out.  Blood pressure changes almost from second to second!  we only see the one set of numbers the standard cuff can read, so it's hard to remember just how much it bounces around.

I usually recommend that my patients track their own blood pressure either at a grocery store pharmacy, their local fire house (or get your own cuff) and test at *random* times, maybe 2-3 times in a week and see what your average numbers look like.

It'd be a good idea to establish your own pcp if you can so you can discuss a plan for following this as time goes by since things can change.  However, from what you've presented here, it's unlikely you have a blood pressure problem at this time.  Good luck with the new job!

It depends: It depends upon what is tested.  As you probably know, some drugs are stored in fat cells in your body and can show up in your blood or urine for up to 30 days.  There are also tests for metabolites of some drugs, which could be found in your blood for even longer periods of time.  It would be unlikely for a blood test to detect drug usage when the last dose was &gt; 30 days ago.

Depends on drug: Alcohol will disappear in a matter of hours, thc, cannabis, may be detectable for days.  Urine tests last longer than blood tests and are usually used for drug screening and thc may remain positive for weeks.

A day: Roxicodone (oxycodone) has a half-life of approximately four hours.  It will take at least 24 hours for it to be out of your system.  This assumes you are able to metabolize it in the normal amount of time.  Why are you taking this medication if you are concerned about drug tests.
