No: Where you feel your baby kick depends on the position the baby is in, and where your placenta is.  It sounds like your maybe may have changed positions.  That is pretty normal at 30 weeks.

Pelvic pain: Soccer is a strenuous sport that involves a lot of pushing, falling and rotatory motions. My guess is probably a bruised muscle or much less frequently a bruised pubic bone. Have your pediatrician check it out in the morning if the pain is still there or much worse or if you detect and welling in that area. Good luck.

Would get checked: If you say that you just started having hardened abdomen along with history of tubal ligation, I would definitely go get checked in the ER, at least be examined by a medical personnel. I wouldn't worry much but I would get checked. There are so many diagnoses that come to mind with this limited amount of information, so can't go over all of them.

There : There are eye drops that your eye doctor can prescribe. I have found Patanol (olopatadine) to work well for my patients with seasonal allergies.

In addition, i also place my patients on an oral medication too.

I recommend that you go see your eye doctor.

Veges: Any food stuffs that contain large amounts of fiber.  Fiber is plant sourced undigestable cellulosic solids, that adsorb water from the gut, thereby giving more "bulk" to stool.  And function as a natural stool softener.  We should all have an optimum number of grams everyday, but folks who already have large bulky stools might consider an alternative.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you spell out ACR and provide units of 415, it may be possible to provide an opinion. Do you have any symptoms?

Need more info: If over weight, lose weight. Eat more fish and much less red meat. Get exercise like walking every day if possible. Most important see your family physician who will do a complete physical, blood tests and possibly refer you to a nutritionist. There are medicines like statins that we prescribe but you must be under the care of a physician. There is no "magic bullet". It takes a change in life.

Hypertension : Repeat BP carefully on both hands . Preferrably in a dimly lit room , proper cuff and placement therof, with machine at level of heart.
If still above 130/90 , suggest visit GP for assessment . 24 hr ABPM is recommended if BP still elevated to exclude white coat syndrome.
End organ damage must be appraised. Good luck.
