It is clean already: It may sound unusual, but urine is a sterile body fluid. Urine is normally clean from bacteria. Now if bacteria enter, from an outside source and establishes infection then antibiotics should fix the problem.

None: We restrict food depending on what illness we are dealing with. Otherwise cranberry, and its juice, may prevent infection but can't treat it and fishoil may improve something called IgA nephropathy. But there is no food pre se, that i know of, that can help urinary system in general.

Urinary tract: Urine is produced within the glomeruli of the kidneys.  From there it travels into the collecting system of the kidneys and then travel down the ureters (one on each side) into the bladder.  When its time the urine will flow out of the bladder via the urethra.

In this study a dye is instilled with a thin catheter into the bladder and a radiographic study is done as the person empties their bladder. Narrowing in the outlet structures is found. If higher up stricture is suspected an ultrasound of the ureters or IVP can identify the problem.
