???: Why do you want to vomit? If youre swallowing things you shouldn't - solvents or other poisonous stuff - break the habit. If you did, this answer won't come in time.
If there's a need to vomit most of the time our body just does that.
Can you make yourself vomit that way, probably. But if it's a frequent choice are you bulemic?
If so, psychotherapy is really important.

I don't know: why you would be drinking salt water. Drinking salt water would be an unpleasant experience for most people. Drinking water that is too salty can be unhealthy.

: Creating your own nasal saline wash can be difficult. If it is excessively strong ( as it would be here)} or week, it can cause transient nasal congestion. It will pass over time. There are over the counter nasal washes that are inexpensive and avoid this problem.

Yes: Drink enough salt water and you can mess up your bodies fluid /electrolyte balance. If you are trying to pick a disgusting  way to die continue. At some point you will develop seizures which are quite difficult to treat and may die in the process. You need to be co-managed by a therapist and a physician. Find the cause of your pattern &amp; you may be able to return to a normal life.
