Diet / execise: Having a normal healthy diet (including lots of green veggies) with regular exercise is best.  If you want to prevent illness, wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds frequently through the day. Genetics will decide the rest.  There is no single "super" food.

No: Males produce Dht according to their body needs.  Artificially increasing Dht may cause the problems associated with steroid abuse. If Dht and or testosterone levels are low to begin with, an endocrinologist should be consulted.

May help but ultimately  it's important to maintain a balanced diet and to exercise frequently. Your md or dietitian may be able to provide other recommendations for you..

Body hair: Glad to hear you are healthy and have a full head of hair (I’m not jealous.).  Seriously, often head hear is inversely related to body hair.  Guys pay money to have body hair removed.  I suggest a goal of being neat, clean, and treating others the way you would like to be treated.  This is very attractive.  Peace and good health.

No it does not: Sexual activity of any kind does not affect the circulating level of testosterone in the male body. Certain body building supplements, hormonal treatments and anabolic steroids certainly can alter testosterone production and should be avoided.

No: There is no scientific evidence in the gynecologic medical literature that miscarriage - whether spontaneous such as a miscarriage, or induced, such as with an elective abortion - is in any way associated with an increased risk of breast cancer or any other malignancy for that matter.
