Ortho-K: I'm not aware of anything you can eat or do as exercise to decrease myopia. However, ortho keratology (ortho k) is a temporary reshaping of cornea that might help in mild cases. Check out http://www.Allaboutvision.Com/contacts/orthok.Htm & http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/orthokeratology for some info. You'll need to see an optometrist who specializes in this. There's nothing wrong w/glasses or contac.

Globe shape: By pressing on the globe it changes the shape of the globe and thereby changes the focal length of the camera    This is like moving the lens of your camera to get better focus.  Nothing to worry about, but you should be able to get better glasses such that the difference would be less noticeable.

Carry on: Congratulations on 6/6 vision.  At your age it is possible that you might develop a very minor amount of near sightedness over the next 5-8 years but most likely you will preserve your 6/6 by doing nothing special.  The only thing you should do is protect your eyes when in any situation where they might become injured using safety glasses and proper caution.

Shape of eye: Most people have that level of prescription because the shape of the eye is either slightly too long or too short for the focal length of the eye.  Your best bet is to get an accurate prescription.

No: This is very common and is called amblyopia.  Eyes develop based on the ability to see, so if one of your eyes is not allowed to see well as a child it may never develop the connection to the brain that will allow it to see.  If you have vision only in one eye, it is very important to see an ophthalmologist if you have not been formally diagnosed as there are many treatable causes of vision loss.

Dryness: The first lens in the eye is the tear film on the cornea.  If this is inadequate or not healthy then the vision will be blurred.  Try artificial tears for comfort and clarity and if this isn't sufficient, see your ophthalmologist for additional to rule out other problems.

No.: There are multiple reasons your eyesight could be getting weaker, but if it's happening so quickly that you notice a "day by day" worsening,  you need to see an ophthalmologist asap.   See a medical doctor, not an optometrist in an eye glass store.  Call someone now.  Good luck.

No : There is no medicine or food that will return the eyes back to what they were. The measurement of 0.50 is very minimal, your vision should still be good, just a little blurry.
