  The measurement is used to exclude Down's, not for sexing. Most reliable is to wait until you can see a penis later in the pregnancy.

Difficult to see!!!: It takes a trained eye to be able to see the earliest stages of genital development. Ultrasound exams can be used to determine gender as early as 12 weeks into a pregnancy but is most accurate after 16 weeks.

Rate not predictive : An ultrasound can show male anatomy if the technician is able to find it. A scan to the level that would find anomalies should find gender. Heart rate/string test/etc. Are all fables & not accurate predictors of anything.

Ultrasound Report: the best person to ask about this is your Obstetrician.  They have access to the results of your scan, the radiologist who read the scan, your history and your pregnancy history.

Usually nothing: It means that there is a little urine trapped in the kidney. It has a very low association with downs syndrome. You should get a second trimester screening test but i wouldn't be worried. You should also get a followup scan in 3rd trimester to make sure the kidneys look okay but the vast majority of the time, they are. I would not lose any sleep of this! good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

dr my due date is apr 15th according to the scan report taken on the 32nd week. now am in my 34th week and baby is already in the head down position.  i am afraid whether there is any chances of preterm birth. could you please advise?

Many variables: The chance of a preterm birth in all women is about 1/8, or 12%, this finding does not change those odds, the baby in head down position dies not mean you will start labor any time soon at 34 weeks, there are many other signs -talk to your OB ! Make sure you see a doctor son and then regularly if it looks like the baby is dropping down lower into the pelvis

Unlikely Any Problem: Vitamins promoted in pregnancy based on limited data & because cheap, concern for possibly poor diet choices/variety & showing care (even if of low to no value). For most people in 1st world countries eating a variety of food & with food abundance, (even though public given lots of bad food advice for decades; e.g. Lookup: dietdoctor, taubes, attia, lustig) vitamin deficiencies are rare.
