Better idea: At age 20, your epiphyses are probably fused and you won't grow taller unless you want to undergo a brutal, months-long mutilating procedure that's available in some countries. Instead, you're male.  A man's strength, muscle definition and fitness level take precedence over his  height in making him look good both to female posible romantic partners and male buddies. Hit the gym hard.

You're probably done: It's very unusual for a 20 year-old man to have any growth potential left unless there's a history of very delayed puberty.  I think it's safe to say that if you're already shaving, then you're also done growing.

If : If your growth plates in your long bones have fused, then you are finished growing and no medications or treatments will make you taller.  The average age for this in females is 15 to 16 and for males is 18 to 19.  If your growth plates are still open (which is not unheard of in a 20 year old male) it is possible you may still grow a little on your own.  Sometimes human growth hormone (hgh) can be used to increase height in young children prior to and around puberty, but makes little difference in height after puberty.  Actual hgh is tightly regulated and can only be distributed by physicians - usually endocrinologists, so be wary of any products that claim to contain it.  Once you reach adulthood, your height is what it is and short of a gruesome leg-lengthening surgery with immense pain, expense, and complications, there's nothing you can do to actually gain a few inches.

There are a few things you can do to make yourself appear taller:
- practice good posture
- find shoes with thick soles or "lifts"
- dress in monochromatic colors, wear vertical stripes and keep your look stream-lined 
- make sure your clothes fit well - baggy clothes will make you appear smaller.

Wishful thinking: Unless the family has a tendency toward late growth, most male growth is done by 17-18. Linear growth continues until the growth centers close, (17-18 in most) some will have slower closure of the centers and continue at a slow pace to 20.An x-ray of the wrist and hand can be assessed for growth centers and determine if growh is still possible.

Balanced nutrition: At sixteen your growth centers have some potential for growth and simple measures help the best.Follow a healthy diet, rest and exercise,  but weight lifting will not make you grow taller than your genetic potential.If you want to know how much longer you have to grow, an x-ray of your wrist and hand can be analysed for bone maturity.If close to 16 you have a little left, if like 14 you have more.

Adult height: If the growth plate in your bones have closed, you will not grow any taller.  Most 18 year olds have stopped growing, but some will grow a bit more, especially boys.  There is not much you can do, except eat well, be healthy.

Unlikely: By the time a woman is 22yo her growth plates are closed. Sorry.

Yes: Some men's growth plates have not completely closed by age 22yo. Not very common though. You'll need an x/ray to know for sure.
