Bite marks!: Firstly, don't get bitten!  use a lotion with 100% deet, long pants and shirts which are lightweight and put a rubber band arountd your ankles to keep out bugs.
The marks left from your scratching will fade with time, if you stop picking at them.  Use of topical otc Hydrocortisone will often help the itching and healing.  See your doctor if  problems persist.

Stop Scratching !: Dr. L.Ciraldo recommends several different approaches: Cortisone cream, OTC fade cream, or cocoa butter can be applied to darkened lesions to help fade scars.

for the past 10 years now i have been struggling with lipomas that is very visible on my arms and legs. i went 4 times to go get them removed, but then you sit with scars.any way to get rid of them or just make them not that visible?

Lipomas: Sounds like familial lipomatosis. Can remove the more unsightly ones thru small incisions. Se plastic surgeon who does liposuction, could possibly remove that way. Always possibility of nerve muscle injury, or infection with these procedures
