Keep ointment on: The most important thing about healing scabs on the face (as well as any other place on the body) is to keep the scab moist with ointment (vaseline petrolatum), don't pick and allow it to fall off naturally.  For thick, adherent scabs, sometimes peroxide can be used to soften the scab and allow it to dislodge.  See your doctor to see what the best approach would be for you.

Wash!: Seriously! Take a good bath or shower. Use your favorite shampoo. If that's not enough, ask parents (or partner if you're older) to look for anything out of ordinary. Go see your family doc if any pain, redness (someone has to see it), bumps/growths/rashes, etc. Also check rest of body b/c smell might be coming from somewhere else!

What are they ?: You have to see you doctor to find out what are these ' scalp bumps '  . Sebaceous cysts are the most common cause of multiple bumps.  , surgical remove will cure , medications will not remove , find out the nature of your bumps first.
