Scabs on face: Apply a warm compress for 15 minutes to soften the scabs, then gently wipe them off.  Keep the wounds well lubricated with vaseline or antibiotic cream to prevent the scabs from coming back and to allow the wounds to they heal completely.

Ointment: Keeping the scabs moist with an antibiotic ointment (like neosporin) will help the scabs to resolve quickly with less scarring.  Also you will want to stay out of the sun, as this can make scarring worse.  I also love Regenica Recovery Gel, which contains arnica, aloe and vitamin K to help in the healing process.

Short time: Unfortunately one weekend is quite a short time for complete resolution of zits and scabs. Your best bet if over the counter has not helped is to see a dermatologist for some prescription grade medications, creams

i used an antibacterial black soap on my face to get rid of acne and my skin didn't react to well to it. two days later my skin started to peel off.then im getting these facial scabs that really burn.im using aloe vera right now but it dosent seem to work

Steroid: You probably need a topical steroid that your dermatologist can prescribe to you.

Injection: For single acne cysts, injection with intralesional kenalog (triamcinolone) and a course of oral antibiotics help clear the lesion more quickly. See a dermatologist.

A few options: First, if the scar is red or swollen, use an over-the-counter cortisone cream to calm the skin. You can also do laser therapy or filler therapy, within one to three sessions, laser skin resurfacing using fractionated laser technology can even out the skin surface and increase new collagen formation to help fill in acne scars. Wear plenty of sunscreen, sun makes the scars worse. Hope this helped :].

Not sure but...: Given that using apple cider vinegar to get rid of a mole is not a standard recommended medical treatment (even though to my surprise it's reported to often help) I have no information to definitively answer your question. Often there is redness after a scab comes off.  It will probably get better on it's own, but my favorite treatment for skin irritation/inflammation is calendula cream/ointment.
