See your doctor for any examination or treatment.  If you can't see a doctor and you see lice or lice nits, you can get medication over the counter-follow directions carefully.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests folliculitis. Try triple antibiotic cream, available over the counter, If that does not help in a week or so it would be prudent to see a doctor.
