Irritation?: May be just skin irritation or infection of the skin hair follicles. Keep clean and moisturize, monitor the progression. If getting worse or concerned, then see your doctor.

Cause: Blue spots may show on the skin where pubic lice have been feeding. Nits (eggs) may be noted on the pubic hairs. Wonder if you have irritation/ inflammation from shaving.
