: Treatment ? That would depend on what it is from. Such a tiny nodule could be a simple normal lymph node needing nothing or a part of a disease. The treating physician would explore what it is from before deciding what if anything needs to be done. They might just watch it for a while.

Get checked.: If a person has a lung nodule and a history of smoking 30 years ago, it should at least be checked out by a doctor and preferably aspirated for cells, etc..There is almost no way to know what this is unless it is checked out by previous x rays, and the above tests to get more knowledge about it.  Then the best course of action can be determined.

Remove lung lesion: At age 34 attempt at cure should be made.  If liver met small and primary already out, liver met to be resected or microwave ablated. Usually   chemo is only of temporary value and if all fails, the FDA protocol for monoclonal antibody Neo102 is available for treatment of metastatic colon cancer having failed chemo. the small node and lung lesion can be removed by laparoscopy/thoracoscopy.

Metastatic colon CA: Typically,metastatic cancer (cancer that has spread to organs/areas beyond where it started) is considered incurable.There are some exceptions; if colon cancer has a single metastasis to the liver OR a lung, then chemotherapy &amp; surgical removal of the met might be successful (perhaps 50%).For more than one organ, chances are less, &amp; treatment frequently shifts towards comfort if chances poor/none.

Yes: Make the diagnosis, 
could be benign! 
  no treatment needed.
If malignant some are treatable once source is known.
Some kidney lesions with lung lesions have resolved as an example when primary removed.

Nothing: Calcified nodeuls are invariably benign.    It's the bodies way of scarring a lung lesion.  You should have someone following you with a few follow up scan to show now changes.

It depends on: the pattern of calcification.  If the nodule is completely calcified, then it is benign, and requires no treatment.  If not, then depending on the pattern of calcification and other nodule characteristics, it may require biopsy, follow up, or possibly nothing.

But, cancer grade under microscope and personal general health play the most important role to determine the survival, but it's still worthwhile to try the available options of Rx such as immunotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted Rx... so i had a chest x-ray done a week ago, they found some nodules, well when i went back to a different emergency room they did a ct scan of my chest and lungs and found no nodules, is this possible? to just get rid of them over a week period?

: Most likely the CT is more accurate. If you are a smoker, please enroll in a smoking cessation program. Multiple areas of modularity often represent infection or resolving infection. Consult with your physician regarding risk factors such as a family history of lung disease. Watch for signs of fever,cough and sputum production.
