: I wonder where you live because that would determine what is available. There are so many acne products that you could use to wash, tone and apply gel to the skin about twice daily to allow spontaneously resolution. Avoid popping to reduce chances of scarring also do not rub your face. There are products with benzoic, azelaic or salicylic acid that you could use or ask store manager of pharmacist.

: Try using Salicylic acids that can help dissolve the keratin that clogs the pores in the nose. Use only on areas where whiteheads develop. Also consult your dermatologist or PCP before using.

There a number of skin combinatiion cares that include cleanser, toners and less comedogenic make up that you could get over the counter. It is unfortunate that one size does not fit all and you may want to test to see what suits you. There some with azelaic acid, salicylic acid, benzoic acid and could be unpredictable until tested

Acne wash: The black head on a pimple (open comedon) is pigment seen in the opening of a hair follicle and not dirt. Using  benzoyl peroxide--either alone or in combination with another acne medication---is an effective means of taking care of this. Manual expression of the plug in the hair shaft will also work, but is not recommended if their is a large number of blackheads.
