Get some sleep !!! : Seriously, to get rid of dark circles under the eyes you normally just need more sleep. It could also mean that you have allergies that are untreated. Allergic rhinitis often causes "allergic shiners" under the eyes. If you have a stuffy or runny-nose or itchy eyes, you can try over-the-counter antihistamines like generic Claritin or allegra.   Or see ur provider for a rx of nasal steroids.

Dermatochalasis: Laxity of the connective tissue around the eye that causes the fat pads around the eyeball to "push" forward called dermatochalasis.  This can occur with age.  Skin laxity or "looseness" also causes this. Surgery is the only option. You should see your doctor.  Another cause is allergies.   If you have itching and nasal congestion try cold compresses and antihistamines.
