Possibly: Wrinkles that remain even when the muscle is relaxed are static. When you contract a muscle you create folds in the skin Botox will prevent this type of fold. That said after several courses of Botox your body will attempt to soften those static lines so in time Botox will likely make these better or softer. Sometimes other measures like fillers skin tightening etc can augment this effect.

Probably not....: Every practitioner has their own style but i believe most of us feel that while Botox is effective in softening the "crows feet" on the outside of the eyelid the more central wrinkles on the lower eyelid are better treated with surgery or injectables.  Botox paralyzes muscles and the circular eyelid muscle should only be treated in small areas lest the patient lose the ability to close their eyes.

Depends on: The details.  The usual fixes are filler injections, chemical peels , laser, botox, and, of course, surgery.  Best to see a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your individual situation.

Gloves or sunscreen: Wrinkles on the backs of the hands are caused from long-term sun exposure.  Protecting the skin from additional sun exposure (gloves or ample sunblock applied frequently) will help.  Application of a prescription-strength topical retinoid (tretinoin or tazorac) at night might help as well.

Yes!: Botox can be given at your age- its botulism toxin that paralyzes the muscle temporarily. Side affects can be flu like symptoms. We tell patients depending on your metabolism rate 6 weeks to 6 months, but usually it last three months. It won't prevent wrinkles but will slow down the deep wrinkle process if gotten on a regular basis

Elevess : Elevess is an ha (hyaluronic acid) filler like restylane, juvederm and perlane. These work best in the lower face, where we want to preserve animation, like smiling. The lines running from the sides of the nose down to the mouth are the most common area treated with fillers. The benefit of fillers is almost instant satisfaction.

Botox, is a neuromodulator, like Dysport and xeomin, (incobotulinumtoxin a) it works by reducing muscle motion. These are most frequently used in the upper face, and the area between the eyebrows is the most common area treated with neuromodulators. By reducing your ability to frown, the skin stops folding and the lines gradually reduce. Sometimes, when the frown lines are very deep, a combination of the two gives the best results.
