Fungal infection: More than likely you have a superficial fungal infection called tinea versicolor.  

Treat with otc antifungal creams such as lotrimin or micatin (miconazole) twice daily for four weeks then retreat one day a month to keep it from recurring.    If this does not work see your dermatologist.

do the foods i eat have relation to the pimple-like spots in parts of my body such as leg, thighs, arms and shoulders? even in my stomach i have but only few? how can i get rid of it?

Usually not, but...: If an individual person sees that a particular food, drink, activity, medication, etc..., repeatedly precedes a flare-up of acne-like spots, then he can ask his doctor whether or not it would be fine to avoid that particular item. If the spots are pustules that are not typical teen acne or young adult acne, he may need evaluation and treatment for a skin infection.

had red itchy rashes on my stomach after wearing a waist trainer, then the itchiness went away and these "rashes" turned brown. i did scratch it a lot because it was way too itchy. will the brown spots every fade? or how do i get rid of it?

: Yes, pending your normal skin color, the brown marks will fade over time. May the many months or if you do have a naturally darker skin , even over a year before it comes back to normal

Cardio Mix: You can not target the abdomen specifically for weight loss - if you have adipose tissue to lose (not everyone does), then consider an increase in cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with walking, running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume.

Dark spots from sun: Dark sun induced spots, best avoided. Treat with topical hydro quinone ointments available by prescription, laser skin or acid peels might be helpful as well. Use sun block or all the benefits can be undone again.

Depends on the cause: dark spots can be caused by many different things.  If you have dry cracking lips, using moisturizer and sunblock can make the dark spots lighter and may go away.  Home remedies like lemon juice used on your lips may help.  Smoking can cause skin changes and  should be stopped.  But it could also be a skin cancer.  If the dark spots persist, you should have a doctor look at your lips

PIH: Post inflammatory pigmentation (pih) is very common after acne, especially in people who tan easily or have darker skin.

I like using azeleic acid in this case.  Fading creams like hydroquinone can also be helpful.
