See your doctor: If redness, swelling, or pain is spreading, you should see your doctor. You may have an abscess (a collection of pus under the skin) which may require antibiotic treatment.

Very : Very difficult to answer without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist.  Perhaps they are seborrheic keratoses, warts, molluscum, folliculitis (bacterial spread from shaving), or other possibilities.  See a picture of these conditions at the link below.  I hope that helps.

Natural healing: Inflammation (red, hot, tender swelling) is the body increasing the blood flow to the area of the pimples to bring healing factors to the area and also the veins expand to carry bad stuff away.  Pimples are caused by blocked glands and as the contents increase, so does the inflammation of them.  The key to getting them to heal is avoid further trauma to the area and let nature take it's course.

Local care: You have just drained an inflamed, sometimes infected, abscess.  Warm baths/showers to clean the area, followed by cool compresses.  Folk wisdom will suggest following this with some witch hazel.  Treat the area gently and it will settle down over time.  Next time avoid abusing the skin by popping pimples.

Leave it alone: Leave it alone.  Just wash it as normal, don't put any chemicals on it (including acne cream or lotion).  It will heal.
