Cryptic Tonsils: The holes are really crypts and they can periodically fill up with food and other debris.  This can cause bad breath and inflammation.  The only definitive treatment is excision of tonsils.  You will not bleed to death from these.  The extensive blood supply is much deeper to theses.

Throat burn: As long as you can swallow without too much discomfort, i wouldn't be too worried.  It may take a few days, but it should go back to normal, quickly.  If you have any trouble getting food/liquids down or if you have trouble breathing, go to the emergency room immediately.

Hard to say: Without more information.  Some people unconsciously ruminate(regurgitate) as more of a psychologic issue.  But others regurgitate due to true organic issues with swallowing whether it be related to an anatomic obstruction or lack of coordination of the swallowing muscles.  Nonetheless, see your doc about this.

Get it checked: Difficulty swallowing is called dysphagia, and it can be due to various reasons, from benign to malignant. Even the benign problems should be identified and treated, to avoid a dangerous choking episode.

Phobia: This is most likely a symptom of anxiety. Since you have a phobia about choking, first get an examination by an Otolaryngologist for reassurance. If there is still this anxiety, an evaluation and instruction by a speech and swallowing physical therapist at your local hospital should help you overcome this fear.
