: Your risk of HIV from this scenario is extremely low since there was no bodily fluid exposure. But, if it would make you feel better, then go get tested. Is your tetanus vaccine up to date? If you haven’t had a tetanus vaccine in the last 5 years, I would suggest getting this updated with a Tdap vaccine, if you have never had one, or a regular tetanus vaccine if you already had a Tdap. Hi. : Hi. It sounds like the bump is on the outside of your skull - so don't worry about brain cancer. You may have a cyst. If you are an older person (especially if you don't have a lot of hair) and you have had a lot of sun exposure - it could be a skin cancer.   If it is a cyst, they often resolve on their own. If it doesn't, then  you can have a dermatologist take a look and make a definitive diagnosis.

What complex?: If you are just concerned about shoe size, people come in all different sizes & there is nothing you can do to change the size of your feet. If you mean that you are concerned that small feet are related to other body parts being small, there is no correlation, so don't worry. If you mean that you feel like you have a "complex" worrying about your feet, talking to your dr or a therapist can help.

Range of normal: This is not a definitive diagnosis and does fall along a spectrum. There are clear classes of excessive breast tissue in some makes that can resemble or even exceed normal female sizes. Some forms are due to underlying endocrinologic (hormone imbalance) such as thyroid  whereas others can be due to medications or drugs ( tagamet (cimetidine) or marijuana) . If you have concerns see you pediatrician/internist.

At 19 ? : I would not think so, since at 19 your body is peaking, in a sense, on hormone levels such as testosterone, that improve these attributes. There are marketed products that claim to enhance your manhood -avoid them. Make an appointment to see an adult Endocrinologist for answers, but don't expect miracles...

There : There are many things that can cause a growth in the lower lip, from the simple (fibroma or mucocel) to the complex (cancer).  There are very few things that can cause a growth in the lower lip that will miraculously disappear.  Without obtaining a sample of the tissue to microscopically examine it is impossible to provide a diagnosis.

Mucocel, or better known as mucous extravasation phenomena, is the result of damage to one of the hundreds of minor salivary glands located in the mouth.  Either the gland itself is damaged or the duct that allows the saliva to escape into the mouth.  The result is that the saliva is still produced around meal times but has no where to escape to causing a build up in the tissues.  These lesions can grown quite large and become painful.  Occasionally the saliva will slowly leak into the mouth allowing the swelling to decompress.  Unfortunately this is not the end of the problem.

In situations like this i recommend removal of the lesion for diagnostic, and potentially curative, purposes. If you are not comfortable with your present surgeon seek a second opinion.

No risk, no worry: HIV is not transmitted by skin-to-skin or hand-gential contact, even if genital fluids are used for lubrication. Without a penis entering someone's vagina or rectum, there is little or no chance of sexual transmission of HIV. Don't worry about it.

No: We don't call it ngu anymore now that we can test for chlamydia. Chlamydia is a disease of both men and women, but men are more like to develop symptoms of urethritis (urethral symptoms) whereas women can get urethritis or cervicitis (cervical infection).
