Eating toothpaste: Eating toothpaste may give you an upset stomach and cause you to throw up, but will not cause a high fever. Anything you intentionally do to give you a high fever is "to dangerous". Don't try it!

Infection: Fever is a sign of infection.  You should see a doctor if you have a fever, especially if you don't know where the infection is coming from.

NSAIDs  or tylenol (acetaminophen): Acetaminophen and non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen are great for this .  They may even be used in combination.  There is really no need to treat a fever unless it is giving you discomfort.

Go to ER: fever, abdominal pain and vomiting are all symptoms of appnedicitis, but could also be other abdominal problems.  You symptoms are alarming and you need blood, urine, and xray tests to figure out what to do

: Elevated glucose levels (130-140) can occur from "midnight to 7 Am" because of late night snacks and less than normal insulin production.  Ask your physician about a glucose tolerance test, as insulin resistance is often occurring with either PCOS or obesity as in diabetes mellitus type 2.

Maybe 'feeling good': People might not get "high" but might "feel better" from exercising. There are many reasons for that: experiencing release of endorphins, knowing they are getting more fit, seeing themselves lose weight and gain muscle, realizing they are helping their families by setting a good example and staying healthy for them! thanks for asking. @drpam.

Don't Bother: Taking 30mg of Ritalin (methylphenidate) will do little except increase your heart rate, elevate your blood pressure, and will not give a "high".  Taking these kind of medicines without your physicians approval can be dangerous and should never be done.  I list the mild effects, but long term use can lead to paranoid schizophrenic reaction that is very difficult to treat,  don't bother trying!

Exercise: After consulting with your doctor to ensure there are no medical problems and safe., a plan of regular exercise, starting slowly, and building slowly on that helps.  A dietician and trainer can help.  Sometimes counseling by a psychologist is also helpful for motivation and dealing with emotional over-eating.

Low libedo: You MAY have a hormonal imbalance so you need to see your doctor.  This situation may also be psychological.  When you've seen your doctor think about your relationship w/your mate to make sure all is well or if you need to talk w/your mate to help improve things.  Peace and good health.

You may need to: get back to the healthcare provider that treated you initially if the fever is increasing back up or persistent.  Sometimes fever can occur due to a viral infection that the antibiotics (which are used to treat bacterial infections) cannot touch.  Or it may be a sign that the original bacterial infection is resistant to the antibiotic that you are taking.
