See dermatologist : If it is an acne cyst, it can be injected with a kenalog (triamcinolone) injection in the office and it should improve within 48 hours usually. Oral and topical antibiotics are prescribed as well in most cases if needed. See a dermatologist to treat this.

Perhaps : Perhaps a Benzoyl Peroxide Gel to the area a couple times per day might help. Maybe also consider a good cover up and i would focus on preventative acne treatments.  Read more about acne treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps!

Terrible idea: You will simply injure the skin and end up with a bigger mess. If topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your personal physician. Prescription medicine can clear you until the disease self-cures. If your parents oppose this for superstitious reasons, make the phone call yourself.

See your doctor: or a dermatologist when they are present, so that they can be properly diagnosed and treated. They may be "pimples", but they may be a contact or irritant dermatitis, or a bacterial infection.

You may be a rx for a topical retinoic acid derivative, the oral contraceptive pill (if you're female), topical clindamycin, a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline, or a dermatology referral for possible isotretinoin. All acne is manageable today; it's not a hygiene or lifestyle problem. We can help.

Not neccessarily: Acne is most common in the teenager and young adult but it can persist for many years. Usually though , with aging , the sebaceous glands atrophy and acne improves. Use topical treatments such as those containing benzoyl peroxide to control your acne.

See a doctor : Sometimes  extreme redness  may  seems suggest  roseace rather  than acne . Either   case  your will be able to decide best option. Some topical and oral antibiotics could be used.
