Yes and no: Depends on the severity.  Sometimes slight mobility can be corrected with periodontal treatment, splinting, bone grafting, etc.  Unfortunately, if the mobility is more severe, there isn't much that can be done other than extraction.  If there's inadequate bone to hold the teeth securely in the mouth, they're kinda out of luck.

I don't know if i understand the question exactly, because teeth can get loose without a crack and cracked teeth do not have to be loose. But which came first, the crack or the mobility? That is for your dentist to determine.

Yes.: There are so many ways to split or attach teeth together you wouldn't believe it.  And...It works more times than not.  Splinting can last for a long time too. If the teeth are loose prior to orthodontics due to bone loss, they will be loose following treatment, and can be splinted to decrease the mobility.  In some cases if the malocclusion is corrected and there is no advanced periodontal disease, the mobility will eventually disappear.

Depends: On why they are loose. If they are loose from gum disease or trauma it probably won't help and you will need some professional guidance. If you recently finished your orthodontic treatment it will take some time for everything to settle and tighten up. Baby teeth shed earlier and permanent teeth erupt earlier in girls. Normally starting with the two lower central incisors at age (for permanent teeth ) 51/2 to 7 years. Your Dd slightly soon, but it is OK.
