It depends: It depends upon whether you had gestational Diabetes during the pregnancy or are developing it now. Talk to your OB MD and get tested for elevated blood sugar. If the testing is normal, then the water drinking may be normal too at that point.

after c-section my feet are huge and belly still big when  will they shrink  back i am drinking a lot  of water to help flush out?

Takes time: Edema or swelling in your feet can come on very quickly, but take days to weeks to leave.  If you have it in both feet and the feet only, it should help to elevate your feet at night.  If one sided or if you have facial swelling with it, have you doctor take a look at you to rule out a couple problems.  Delivery results in about 15 pounds of weight loss.  You will regain some tone over a few weeks.

Not eating enough : It is so unfortunate that you are not eating or drinking much. I hope that you get the help you need. Not eating and drinking can make you dizzy. I  recommend you see a doctor

Whenever: your surgeon and anesthesiologist tell you that you can eat last.  They also will tell you if you can drink water.  Usually it is at least 8-12 hours with no food, no water except a sip for medications.  And as I just learned from my recent surgery, no gum as it gets the gastric juices going.  The whole purpose of this is so you don't vomit stomach contents and get them into your lungs.

Better to wait: Carbonated beverages have a tendency to increase gas/bloating in the belly.  Most people recovering from surgery, especially abdominal surgery, are better off waiting to consume these beverages while the intestines regain normal function. No: Alcohol is a poison and it never did any body any good, ever. It is neither safe for you nor for those around you, especially your newborn.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
