Avoid chorizo: You are probably allergic to some component of the chorizo and should avoid what others make or what you buy commercially.  With some effort you can determine what is the allergenic component and then make your own without that part in the mix.

Gluten sensitivity : You may be gluten sensitive or intolerant. Try avoiding gluten products for a week and see if it helps. If it does then you can request your doctor to test you for gluten intolerance.  Good luck

my son tasted a bit of chorizo & later noticed he had a severe rash , bumps on his skin it goes away when i give allergy medicine. but comes back ?

Unusual cause: Sounds like hives.
From your age I'm guessing your son is quite young.  If he normally tolerates milk egg wheat and soy and the chorizo did not somehow contain peanut or tree nut then  I would look elsewhere for the cause.

should i be worried about green stool?? it started yesterday. i dont have any other symptoms besides a cold ive had for the past week. only changes in diet has been that i ate a lot of licorice jelly beans, chorizo, and have had some more avocado?

: In the absence of other symptoms such as diarrhea and abdominal pain, green stool in adults is usually the result of something you recently consumed. Common causes include green leafy vegetables, food dyes, and iron supplements. I imagine that the chorizo is culprit. If you develop watery diarrhea that lasts more than 48 hrs, please see a medical provider.

i placed 2 steaks in the freezer 3 years ago. is it safe to defrost broiled and eat it? did not eat them yet

Wow. : Wow. Those are some old steaks!  i think the answer regarding your 3 year old steaks will depend on how they have been handled. 
1. Your freezer needs to be at a temperature of 0 degrees fahrenheit or lower.
2. Donâ€™t ever refreeze raw foods. If you have steaks that have thawed and not been cooked; there may already be bacterial growth â€“ so donâ€™t refreeze!
3.  You need to freeze the steaks before the expiration date on the package.
4.  Only wrap the steak in moisture proof materials (freezer bags, freezer film wrap). If you use aluminum foil, it should be over plastic.
5. The steak should be double wrapped tightly.
6.  Steaks in their original package can usually be eaten up to two weeks later (because the wrapping used at the store is not designed for freezing). Thus, you need to rewrap the steaks if you desire to freeze them longer than this. 
7.   If your steaks were properly wrapped and frozen, they may still be good quality at six to nine months. 
8.  If all the above requirements are met; they can be eaten  well after the nine month point â€“ however, expect possible freezer burn, tougher meat and decreased nutritional value.  However, if the flavor is â€œoffâ€, get rid of it.  
So, those are some basics for freezing steak. Personally, i donâ€™t take all those steps, so i would throw the meat away.   Freezing meat for prolonged periods requires some precision.

i have two slices of dark rye bread a day burnt crust but burnt before toasting sometimes. is this bad? i use toaster to defrost so not that toasted.

Refreeze Chicken?: According to the USDA, as long as the food has been kept below 40° F (and if the chicken has been in the refrigerator this whole time, it almost certainly has been) it hasn't developed dangerous bacteria and is considered safe to refreeze.

The only downside is that it may alter the texture of the meat.

is it ok to move ground beef from the freezer to the fridge over & over? ill want to make burgers then another day i dont feel like it. it will be in the fridge two days & then ill put it back in the freezer & it just keeps defrosting over & over?
