Allergic to chorizo, what should i do?

Avoid chorizo: You are probably allergic to some component of the chorizo and should avoid what others make or what you buy commercially. With some effort you can determine what is the allergenic component and then make your own without that part in the mix.

Avoid it: Since i doubt that you would make your own chorizo which may contain numerous unknown ingredients. Stay away from it if you are allergic since it is not in the essential food group.
