NSAIDS best avoided: NSAIDS should be avoided as they can cause ulcers, and will worsen one that you already apparently have.  There are many agents to quiet down the ulcer such as omeprazole, and ingested calcium carbonate tablets like TUMS.   Dairy products are also helpful to quiet the stomach.

Peptic ulcer is treated with a course of two  different antibiotics and Acid Supression therapy.
It cures the ulcer most of the time
Ulcers caused by other causes are treated with stoping the drugs and acid suppression therapy

No: Peptic ulcers can be caused by helicobacter pylori (bacterial) infection.  Keflex does not have activity against this bacteria.  It is usually treated with a combination of amoxicillin, clarithromycin, Metronidazole and a proton pump inhibitor.
