How do i cure a peptic ulcer when pregnant at the end of the first trimester? is it safe to use otc nsaids?

NSAIDS best avoided: NSAIDS should be avoided as they can cause ulcers, and will worsen one that you already apparently have. There are many agents to quiet down the ulcer such as omeprazole, and ingested calcium carbonate tablets like TUMS. Dairy products are also helpful to quiet the stomach.
