i know pork isn't the healthiest meat to eat. but if i'm going to eat it anyway, are there ways i can cook / prepare it to make it healthier?

Pork: Yes, i would not fry it or bread it.  The best ways would be baked, grilled or broiled.

Challenging problem : Back pain is a common problem in pregnancy for obvious reasons. Acetaminophen is a safe medication. Otherwise, Safe options would include physical therapy or chiropractic care. They could also show you some stretching exercises to do to help you remain as comfortable as possible until the baby comes.

Well....: It's not a new questions and really depends on the personal opinion of the responder. I personally prefer not to eat it, although, I have no religious or other philosophical reasons to do so. It is less healthy than, say, poultry or beef. There is some research and human body doesn't have enzymes to process pork meat. This or another reason is why pork was banned in the bible for israelites.
