Pregnancy test?: It's always smart  to take a pregnancy test if you have had sex and your period isn't normal. If the test is negative (and if your last sex was more than 14 days ago), then you can feel safe. Sometimes periods are irregular for the entire time you are on nexplanon. The urinary symptoms sound like you could have an infection. Get a urine analysis and see if you need antibiotics. Try an urgent care!

All of them can: You have listed 3 Progesterone only methods. Irregular bleeding is a common side effects of any Progesterone only method. One can not predict ahead of time who will have this issue and who will not. I don't think we can accurately rank these methods in terms of potential bleeding issues. Mirena (levonorgestrel) (which you did not mention) rarely has breakthrough bleeding.

Yes: It is expected to have some irregular bleeding with Mirena (levonorgestrel).  This usually stops with in a couple of month for most women and they have little or now bleeding at all.  If needing is very severe the IUD can be removed or OCPs can be used in addition to the IUD to stop the bleeding.

Spotting: May cause spotting everyday, or after an irregular pattern, i havent heard of causing heavy bleeding just spotting.

Yes: Irregularly irregular bleeding, most often light is a common side effect of subdermal implants.

Stabilizer: The bleeding occurs because of irregular buildup of the uterine lining.  The estrogen in the pill will stabilize the lining so that when you stop it the lining will shed off more completely and resolve the problem.

U need a proper work: Up which includes an exam , vaginal and cervical cultures, a pap, and an ultrasound , hormone blood work, and u may need a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy, not normal what u are having.
