Yes: Speed is a function of power generated in the lower body.  However, when performing lower body weight training, you should be training specifically for speed.  Simply bulking up your lower body won't necessarily increase your speed.

Weight training:  I would wait until you have your post-operative check up and are cleared by your surgeon.

Absolutely!: Bench presses, flat and inclined are key! narrow hands or wide-set are another variable. Push ups, dips, chest fly with dumbbells. Do these in any combination and you will make noticeable chest gains!

This makes sense: It's far from an exact science. I'm simply glad you're lifting and trust you're also dieting and doing aerobic workouts.

No: Only a great deal of vaginal stretching (not any other kind of stretching) will make a non-loose vagina become a loose vagina. Thus, one should continue to exercise often, to stay healthier. No worries.

Weight training: Weight training twice a week with lighter cardio workouts on those days as your schedule and time permits.

No need: You do not need digestive enzymes. Your stomach, pancreas and intestine make enough digestive enzymes. You may be overdoing the protein supplements too. No more than 1gm protein/Kg of body weight is needed, including that in food and supplements, less may be adequate.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

aside from waking up feeling a bit light headed and a morning cough i have no other symptoms at this stage i have started doing mild body weight training and using resistance bands is this fine?

Yes: Definitely gradual exercise will be helping along with proper hydration and nutrition. If you notice a sudden worsening of your symptoms, let your GP know, but otherwise you are on your path to a fast recovery.

measure % body fat: Your height and weight can give  you your bmi (body mass index), but to know your lean body mass you need to know your % body fat.  You can measure it by calipers (cheapest), impedence device (~$50), or water immersion testing (expensive).  You lean body wt is your total wt minus your fat wt.
