any advice? i have tried neutrogena oil free acne wash and clean and clear morning burst and they dried my skin, which acne product does not dry my skin?

Get seen: Every acne Rx that works is going to be unpleasant. Neutrogena, which is salicylic acid, is the stronger and if you couldn't tolerate the dryness, it's time to talk with your physician about adding prescription-strength Rx to some good topical agent. You can try topical benzoyl peroxide until you can get seen, but expect some side-effects as well.

i am around 11 weeks pregnant. today i breathed in undiluted lemon essential oil (someone was using for cleaning) for a couple of hours and some got on my hands. will this cause harm to my baby i've read it can be toxic and cause birth defects. ?

No: lemon oil is generally safe to use as an environmental cleaner in the first trimester. Avoid getting large amounts on your skin (such as slathering it over extremities or on neck., or inhaling through a vaporizer. In general, essential oils are not recommended to be applied to the body in the first trimester, but a small accidental touching or smelling of environmental oil is very unlikely to hurt
