I am not sure that: Is a healthy goal.  You could retain a lot of feces if you limit your toilet use to weekends.

BM time?: There is no need to require having a bowel movement at a specific time every day.  It is probably better to go when you feel that you need to. If some day you have extra bowel movements or some day you do not go, it should not be a worry. Good luck.

Under chronic stress, you can have delayed gastric emptying &amp; increased activity of the colon which may explain why you have small BMs. External or internal stressors which can lead to anxiety can also cause inflammation of the gut.

Timing of Bowel Move: This can be done by sitting on the commode at the time you need , usually after eating. That will eventually change your pattern with the adjustment of your reflex.

Reset your system: Your best bet is to take a good dump in the morning before you start your day. You can think yourself through it , although responding to natures call may be your regular routine. If you dump the load, it should reset your body clock, and give you the day to work/play without interruption.

Not worry - see Dr.: These symptoms sound concerning and you should see your doctor since they are persistent.  You don't need to worry, but do need to have these issues evaluated.  Cancer would not be the first possible cause on the list, though.
