Reset your system: Your best bet is to take a good dump in the morning before you start your day. You can think yourself through it , although responding to natures call may be your regular routine. If you dump the load, it should reset your body clock, and give you the day to work/play without interruption.

Bowel habits: If you are unable to ignore moving your bowels earlier in the day,one method, although I don't strongly recommend it, would be to eat only a light breakfast and avoid bowel stimulants like caffeine or any hot beverages. You could try drinking hot water before supper. These measures may slow down your AM gastrointestinal motility and make your bowels move later although this is not guaranteed
