Diet pills: There are many effective approaches to weight loss that do not include diet pills as a strategy.  Those approaches should be exhausted prior to diet pills.  Talk to your physician .  Sorry but there is no better plan than the hard work that comes with proper nutrition & exercise plus it puts you in control....Good luck!

See dr: You should get a blood test for TSH to r/o hypothyroidism and echocardiogram to r/o pulmonary hypertension esp with history of  taking diet pills.

Yes: It is possible with avoiding non- complex carbs, takes at least of 64 ounces of water per day, limit your calorie count to not more than your daily calorie expenditure and increasing your fiber intake. There are multiple ways to control your wt, but be careful of extreme calorie intake or starvation diets.

Be careful : Adding a diet pill alongside adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) please use caution as these may have similar ; additive effects: increased heart rate, feeling jittery, insomnia, and rarely seizures.

Appetite returns: Diet pills usually work by suppressing appetite. After stopping them, your appetite returns and you start eating like you use to  in the first place. You typically regain all the weight lost and then some if you don't change what you eat. Avoid white sugar, flour, rice, and pasta to keep weight off. Add beans and vegetables as much as you want. Also eat fruits, nuts, and wild salmon 3 times a week.

Discuss this with Dr: Tell your doctor you'd like to stop and follow the recommended plan for doing so. Ask for or find a good nutrition plan for your particular needs and continue the exercise. It might require patience, but you can do it. Good luck.

Low fat diet: GB stones won't cause weight gain or mood swings.  They do cause pain.  
Some Chinese teas can soften stones.  If the stones are very big, you can try stone purge.

Weight gain: Simplistically, weight gain occurs when calories in exceed calories out. There's a tendency to continue eating habits developed in our youth even as out physical activity decreases due to work &amp; family constraints. There is no evidence that evening primrose oil will help lose weight. Consider DASH, Mediterranean or vegetarian diet plus regular physical activity - avoid screen time incl TV/computer

have an overactive thyroid but after the depo-provera shot i have gained a lot of weight and can't lose it i want to take diet pills but scared please help?

Dep shot only water: You cannot take diet pills with an overactive thyroid gland, people with this problem are thin, are you confusing low thyroid( hypothyroid) with overactive thyroid. If you thyroid is overactive the TSH would be less than 0.5 may be 0.1, check it out
the Depo-Provera shot retains water but does not make you gain more than a 2 lbs.
Diet pills are certainly not the answer.
