: Hard to know. It is exceedingly rare for men to have HPV related penile cancer but less rare for oral cancer. Prior to the vaccine as many as 70% of college age women showed evidence of prior HPV infection and a fraction of these  would go on to develop cervical cancer. Since we don't screen everyone and there is no reliable screening method yet for males the true percentage is unknown.

High risk HPV: Yes, high risk HPV can cause flat or raised warts (condyloma). Condylomas associated with high risk HPV have higher risk of developing dysplasia/cancer.

: Women have been getting pap smears for decades before we knew the link of high risk HPV to cervical cancer. If you follow your docs recommendations for regular pap smears it can be picked up in the pre-cancer stages. If so,  treatment can remove affected cells and stop it before it turns into cancer. It might occur in years or decades but for many it will never happen.

Not likely: The data you provided does not comport with a diagnosis of cancer, not even pre-cancer. However, you need to follow your doctor's instructions for repeat testing,
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Slight: HPV type 16 and 18 are responsible for the induction of cervix, vaginal and oral squamous Ca.  For most patients the disease resolves spontaneously over 2 yrs.  The persisten infections may lead to malignant transformation.It is estimated that 70% of women and men will come into contact with it during their life. Fortunately 80 to 90% of cases the human papillomavirus will be naturally eliminated

HPV & Cancer: We know that strains of high risk hpv can cause cancer.  Fortunately, with close follow up, the abnormal cells can be removed before a serious cancer will occur.  As long as you have follow up as recommended by your gyn, it's unlikely that cancer will develop.

Several high risk: There are over 150 related hpv like cancers and thete are at least a dozen high risk hpv subtypes that can cause cancer.  Two of these types 16 and 18 are responsible for the majority of hpv related cancers.  Hope this helps.

wife last two paps have been +for high risk hpv but normal pap. since the paps have been normal does that mean she will not likely progress and clear it soon? or will it slowly progress to precancer/ cancer? she scared she is going to get cancer now?

: The progress to cancer or clearing is unpredictable as it depends on many things like the type of virus and the body's abilty to fight disease. Best is to continue follow-up exam,. Nothing to be scared of if followed up regularly. Good luck
