Depends: It obviosly depends on what you are calling "stomach flu". I suppose that it is vomiting and diarrhea. I can guarantee that it is far from normal and does need further investigation. I would guess that this is not an infection at all and is a direct reflection of a lousy diet.

Probably not: Baby stomach flu is usually from viruses and children are more susceptible. Adults are usually not affected even after exposure. Even if u get it,  shd be very mild. Not much to be worried about.

: Use a bleach based cleanser as directed, clean surfaces and door knobs, use hand sanitizer and good hand washing. Have COVID 19 screening if you have symptoms.

This is a probably: a viral illness which any child or adult can get. The treatment will depend on the exact symptoms. At that age I would call her pediatrician to discuss further. If she is vomiting, let her stomach rest for an hour or 2, then start sips of clear fluids like Pedialyte. Make sure she is having wet diapers ...but again, please call her doctor.

Excessive gas: This could be as a result of the food you eat ,enzyme deficiency or rapid eating and even smoking.Needless to say,there are multiple causes. Eat slowly,chew food thoroughly, avoid carbonated beverages,limit air swallowing,avoid smoking,limit dairy products,pre-soak beans prior to cooking and consuming and limit high fiber diet

Possible. Low risk.: For viral infections such as stomach flu or respiratory flu, close personal contact increases the chances of transmission. With respiratory infections, airborne transmission is more likely than with gastrointestinal infections. In brief encounters, if germs are not airborne, transmission is less likely.

i breastfeed my 9 month old and i have severe diarreha and nausea, what can i take to get rid of this stomach flu?

Ideally - nothing: Usually acute gastroenteritis presenting as diarrhea and nausea is of viral etiology and resolves by itself over 48-72 hrs. Antibiotics do not help- you should however maintain hydration, especially as you are breast feeding- you can eat bananas, soft rice- these are binding. Yogurt is also good- avoid fruit juices in diarrhea as the high sugar content can make the diarrhea worse.

Sure: Guy or gal?  If gal, could be related to hormones, menses, ovulation (perhaps just from one of the ovaries, thus every other month).  Check timing of symptoms with menstrual cycle.
Could be cyclic vomiting syndrome; could be other triggers for the symptoms, could even be migraine related.  Could be other stuff too.
