I am not a : Hydroxycut expert. The advertisements indicate  or imply that a person loses weight. However, be aware that the photos are of people who have clearly engaged in a great deal of exercise (and most likely dietary changes too). I suspect that if you did  not change your activity level or your nutrition plan that you would see little difference if only taking hydroxycut.

Won't help: While hydroxycut may be safe now, most of the over the counter diet aids are a waste of your money.  If you are  putting in consistent effort and not getting results, two options might be more helpful than diet pills.  First is to have some visits with a nutritionist to figure out more exactly what and how much you should be eating, and maybe a trainer.  Also, check with your doc about thyroid.

Hydroxycut: Hydroxycut was taken off the market at one point as a result of reports of liver problems, seizures, and rhabdomyolysis. It is an herbal supplement and therefore not regulated by the fda. Eating a little less sugar and carbs, and getting a little more exercise in will knock off 10 lbs and you will be healthier for it. Hydroxycut is not something i would recommend.

No: Hydroxycut is not a medication, it is a "supplement" so regulations by the FDA may not take place on it.
That supplement has a warning by the FDA because of the potential harm it can cause to the liver. 
It is not recommended to loose weight during pregnancy unless the patient has a marked obesity.
Consult your gynecologist.

Iovate has agreed to recall hydroxycut products from the market. You can lose weight as quickly as you want by reducing your intake and increasing your exercise at the same time. It takes will power, and you should be proud that you are going to try hard. Good luck.

Water: 3 days of wt loss?  Much of this is probably water.  If you continue at that rate of weight loss it will be harder to keep it off than if you loose it slower.

No, : No, it is not safe to take hydroxycut with bipolar and depression medications.  The fda has issued a warning about hydroxycut.  It has been associated with causing heart and other serious medical issues.  It also has stimulants in it which could interfere with your medications.  It is good that you checked on this, and under no circumstance should you take hydroxycut.

First, : First, this really needs to be discussed with your psychiatrist.  I do not know your dose of medications.  Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors can be associated with weight gain. Just some things to discuss with your psychiatrist. Sometimes, Lexapro can be more weight neutral than zoloft.  There are many studies that have shown weight loss with use of wellbutrin (bupropion) in depressed individuals who watched food intake and got a minimal amount of aerobic activity. Maybe there is room for an upward shift of your wellbutrin (bupropion) dose?  Rather than adding another chemical into your system (xenadrine or hydroxycut) see if there could be some titrations with your current medications. Another thought might be use of medical acupuncture or hypnosis to assist with obtaining a heatlhy weight.
