Sometimes difficult : Sometimes it is drinking too much too close to bedtime so limit fluids 2 hours prior to sleep,also limit caffeine.Barring other causes heart ,pregnancy,diabetes,UTI,etc and young age.Sometimes it something else waking us up and the urinate because awake-sleep apnea,restless leg,etc.See your doc and discuss problem and get appropriate lab tests.

Probably: due to the medications half life it should be out of your system in about 72 hrs.  I assume you meant oxycodone or oxymorphone but that does not change the answer

Prostatitis: hyperplasia, infection, or fluid retention with congestive failure come to mind.  But you need to make sure that you don't have prostate cancer.  Get to a urologist to make sure.

It might: It hard to tell if Hydrocodone will still be in your system.  The half life of hydrocodone in a healthy person is around 8-9 hours.  So if has been about 36 hours since you took the Hydrocodone, there might be a trace of the hydrocodone still in your system.  It also depends on the test and how sensitive it is for level of hydrocodone still in your system.

if metabolic screen is normal, do not worry about the rare metabolic diseases like phenylketonurea or maple syrup urine disease
