the physician wants me to store the medicine in the refrigerator and take the medicine when it is at room temperature. how much time should i wait to take the medicine after being kept in the refrigerator?

: What medication? Is it liquid or pill or capsule? Waiting to take at room temperature is not a usual instruction/ In any case keeping it at room temperature for 10 minutes would suffice.

i took my bp medicine telmisartan 40 by mistake in the morning. i take them at night at 10 pm. only 12 hrs difference. should i take them at my usual time at 10 pm. or skip and wait for 24 hrs. thank you ?

It depends: This may be too late to respond but either choice was probably fine. It won't hurt you to take a second dose at 10 pm but was probably safe to skip it; it depends on how high your blood pressure is when off your med. If only slightly elevated then reasonable to skip but if it tends to get really high at times (like 180) then would have been better to take that second dose.

switched from medicine to insulin 1 month ago b/c glucose levels were high. now levels are even higher (380-400 ) despite taking insulin (30 morning+20 night). doctor is saying to wait and see. does it takes time for body to accept insulin sometimes?

See diabetologist: It should not take so many days! If proper insulin is given  blood sugar will come into reasonable control. So many types of insulin are available- Insulins with 24 hour action, 8-12 hour action &amp; immediate acting etc
Judicious use of correct type of insulin is warranted!

Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) &amp; Percocet: They are both short acting narcotic analgesics that may be taken every 4-6 hours as needed for moderate-severe pain only.  Assuming you are discontinuing the Percocet &amp; replacing with Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) there is no set waiting period other than the traditional 4-6 hours. Please take these medications ONLY as prescribed &amp; be mindful to not exceed daily Acetaminophen doses which these medications contain.

What are your pills?: and how much alcohol are we talking about.  I am always concerned when someone is going to a stranger online to ask these questions, rather than the prescribing doctor or their pharmacist, and I think my concern is that they are drinking far more than they are comfortable telling them about. Even social drinking can be dangerous with some medications, and larger amounts more so. Talk to your MD!

Dont understand ?: Why would YOU be waiting for a test.  Hair follicle tests are done by employers and other authorities to determine if someone has used drugs over a long period of time. Depending on the length of hair they sample, it can detect use up to 6 months back or longer. If you are due for a test, even if you stop using drugs now, it can be detected 6 months later. Get help for your drug problem please.

: You do not need to separate them unless you want to. If you want, two hour apart between any medication is enough.
