I received a cortisone shot alcohol based ...third one a week ago. injection site itches...didn't the last two times.  how long will it itch?

the cortisone injection may have occurred around a nerve  - I would expect any complications to last no more than 1-2 weeks.    Not sure the alcohol base is an issue.

I got a rabies booster (2 shots) ending 10 days ago, my first round pep shots (4 shots + hrig ) was one year ago. can i use nicotine pouches? ingredients are nicotine salt. what about alcohol? will it impact immune response on a booster dose?

Use as you desire. It should not interfere with your immune system at all, nor would social drinking.

Took 600mg ibuprofen around 7pm it's is now  it is now almost 1am would it be safe to have one drink  of alcohol with club soda its about 1 shot glass?

It is never safe to drink alcohol. Alcohol is a poison that never did any body any good, ever.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Hi, how soon can one start consuming alcohol after getting shots of antibiotics(5 tabs of metrodinazole at once and 2 shrizo 500 tabs at one go and also an injection) this was all for bacterial infection and may take up to 7days to clear the bacteria?

You are likely to become terribly nauseated if you consume any alcohol before the metronidazole is out of your system. This would take at least two days if not longer. The other meds should be unaffected by social drinking.

Small amounts of alcohol (one drink per day in women) may reduce our bad cholesterol, while more than that can definitely itself harm the heart and elevated blood pressure.  If you have a hypertrophic cardiomyopathy already, alcohol is definitely not good for you, particularly in amounts about the safe drinking limit of one standard drink per day. Your cardiologist can give you advice about meds.

Such a finding may be suspected at birth from physical findings or later as features emerge. A children's hospital with a genetics department may have staff who are knowledgeable on the syndrome. Since we are USA based & have no information on your local healthcare system you need to contact a local doc for such information.

If a person drinks so much alcohol that they have a blackout, that is likely a real problem. A person may engage in reckless and dangerous behaviors during an alcohol induced blackout, and then not remember what happened. The only thing to do, is to drink less. It is important to be responsible in what we do and what we consume. I had a patient who killed her husband and does not remember doing it.

Would 6-8 units of alcohol one per week do any damage?

Drinking any more than 2 drinks at a sitting is considered binging, and can do damage in the long run. While 1-2 servings (a serving is 4 oz. wine or 12 oz. beer or 0.5 oz. hard liquor = 0.4 oz alcohol) daily is modestly protective, binging (drinking more than 2 drinks at a time) has never been shown to be beneficial, and is probably harmful. Turning red is one of the symptoms of alcohol intolerance.  Others include hives, worsening of asthma, runny or stuffy nose, headache, low blood pressure, nausea and vomiting.
